Onigiri プライバシーポリシー

Onigiri（以下「本拡張機能」）は、Web ページや議事録などのテキストを Anthropic の Claude API で要約し、要約メモとして保存・整理する Chrome 拡張機能です。本ポリシーでは、本拡張機能が扱う情報と、その取り扱いについて説明します。
1. 扱う情報
- 要約の対象：ユーザーが要約を実行したページの本文（または選択範囲、貼り付けたテキスト）、ページの URL・タイトル・サイト名・公開日・概要
- 要約メモ：Claude が作成した要約、ポイント、業務への示唆、トピック、タグ、重要度など。ユーザーが書き込んだ「自分のメモ」
- ダイジェスト：複数のメモから作成したまとめ
- 設定：Anthropic の API キー、使用するモデル、業務の説明、トピック一覧、テーマ
- 利用状況：要約ごとのトークン数と概算の利用料（API の応答に含まれる数値）
2. 保存場所
上記の情報は、お使いの端末の Chrome の中（chrome.storage.local）にのみ保存されます。開発者のサーバーには保存されません。開発者は、本拡張機能の利用者の情報を一切受け取りません。
3. 外部への送信（Anthropic の Claude API）
本拡張機能は、ユーザーが操作したときに限り、次の情報を Anthropic の Claude API（api.anthropic.com）へ、ユーザー自身の API キーを使って送信します。

送信された情報は、Anthropic のプライバシーポリシーおよび商用利用規約に従って Anthropic が取り扱います。API の利用料は、ユーザーの Anthropic アカウントに請求されます。
上記以外の外部送信は行いません。アクセス解析、広告、トラッキングの仕組みも使用していません。 なお、サイドパネルに今開いているタブのアイコン（ファビコン）を表示する際、その画像を読み込むことがあります。これは通常のブラウジングでサイトのアイコンを表示するのと同じ通信です。
4. ページの読み取り
本拡張機能がページの本文を読み取るのは、ユーザーが「このページをにぎる」ボタンや右クリックメニューを操作したときだけです。ボタンから読み取る場合は、サイトごとに最初の 1 回だけ、Chrome の許可ダイアログで同意を求めます。バックグラウンドでページを読み取ることはありません。
5. 第三者への提供
本拡張機能が扱う情報を、販売したり、上記の Anthropic 以外の第三者に提供したりすることはありません。
6. 注意事項
社外秘の情報や個人情報を含むページ・テキストを要約すると、その内容が Anthropic に送信されます。所属する組織のルールを確認したうえでご利用ください。
7. データの削除
- ライブラリや設定画面から、メモ・ダイジェストを個別に、またはすべて削除できます。
- 本拡張機能をアンインストールすると、保存されているデータ（API キーを含む）はすべて Chrome によって削除されます。
- Anthropic に送信済みのデータの扱いは、Anthropic のポリシーに従います。
8. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページを更新し、最終更新日を改めます。

Onigiri Privacy Policy

Onigiri ("the extension") is a Chrome extension that summarizes web pages, meeting notes, and other text with Anthropic's Claude API, and saves and organizes the results as summary memos. This policy explains what information the extension handles and how.
1. Information handled
- Content to summarize: the body text of a page the user chooses to summarize (or a selection, or pasted text), and the page's URL, title, site name, publication date, and description
- Summary memos: summaries, key points, implications, topics, tags, and importance created by Claude, plus notes the user writes
- Digests: summaries created from multiple memos
- Settings: the user's Anthropic API key, the selected model, the user's work description, the topic list, and the theme
- Usage: token counts and estimated cost for each request (numbers returned by the API)
2. Where it is stored
All of the above is stored only on the user's device, inside Chrome (chrome.storage.local). Nothing is stored on the developer's servers, and the developer receives no information about users.
3. Transmission to Anthropic's Claude API
Only when the user takes an action, the extension sends the following to Anthropic's Claude API (api.anthropic.com) using the user's own API key:

Anthropic handles this data under its Privacy Policy and Commercial Terms. API usage is billed to the user's Anthropic account.
The extension makes no other transmissions and uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking. The side panel may load the favicon of the current tab to display it, just as a browser does during normal browsing.
4. Reading pages
The extension reads a page's text only when the user presses the "Summarize this page" button or uses the context menu. When reading from the button, Chrome asks the user for permission once per site. The extension never reads pages in the background.
5. Sharing
The extension does not sell the information it handles or share it with any third party other than Anthropic as described above.
6. Note
Summarizing confidential or personal information sends that content to Anthropic. Please follow your organization's rules.
7. Deleting data
- Memos and digests can be deleted individually or all at once from the library or settings.
- Uninstalling the extension causes Chrome to delete all of its stored data, including the API key.
- Data already sent to Anthropic is handled under Anthropic's policies.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, this page will be updated along with the "Last updated" date.
